The Ray Martin Results
Scientific Labs
For precise applications the atmosphere must be perfect. Ray Martin ensured that the water and air handling were precisely what was requested.
Adapting for Change
Due to the center being located between two towers, a functioning utility plant, and existing campus infrastructure, utilities need to be relocated. Ray Martin worked with the general contractor and school in sequencing and providing utilities to the existing buildings before installing a final project to accommodate for all the facilities.
Technological Resources
Ray Martin was able to assist in the design of the mechanical/plumbing systems by working with 3-D BIM design applications with the MEP engineers and architect. 3-D BIM is vital for planning ahead and catching any problem before it happens to save money in the long run.
