The challenge with renovating a medical center is being able to integrate specialized mechanical/electrical systems into an existing building.
Rebuilt From the Inside Out
Ray Martin pushed coordination on system integration with the engineers, architect, and other contractors to make sure that everything was put together for optimal performance so the building came together as a whole.
Technological Resources
Ray Martin was able to assist in the design of the building system by working with 3-D BIM design applications with the MEP engineers and architect. 3-D BIM is vital for planning ahead and catching any problem before it happens to save money in the long run.
