Our service technicians hold STAR certifications issued by the Mechanical Service Contractors of America (MSCA). Ray Martin Company is one of the few Star Service Contractors in the Omaha area.

 

Ray Martin Company's project managers receive ongoing training through the Mechanical Contractors Association of American (MCAA) to better serve our clients. Our professional engineers are actively involved in the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) to stay current with industry design trends and hold LEED® AP certificates.

 

The ability to generate accurate conceptual estimates early in the design process is critical to achieving an outstanding result. It is the difference between Value Engineering to improve the project and being forced to de-value the project to meet the budget after bids are received. Ray Martin Company has proven experience in the art and science of conceptual estimating and constructability analysis. As the industry adopts Building Information Modeling (BIM), more projects require 3-D coordination drawings for early identification of constructability conflicts. Ray Martin Company employs a full-time CAD technician who is trained in Autodesk© products including Navisworks© to lead project coordination efforts.
